<P><FONT face=楷体_GB2312 color=#880088 size=5>　　北宋名画《清明上河图》中所绘横跨汴水两岸的那座虹桥与河北赵县的安济桥（赵州桥）、泉州的万安桥、潮州梅县的广济桥并称中国四大古桥。其他三座桥梁至今仍保存于世，而汴水虹桥却只留在了画中。后来据说这种造桥技术失传了，这种木桥也神秘地消失了。20世纪70年代末，著名桥梁专家茅以升和唐寰澄编写《中国古桥技术史》，专家们在考察中发现北宋时期盛行于中原的虹桥技术在闽浙大地重现，这无异于在闽浙大地上发掘出了一座中国古代科学技术史的“侏罗纪公园”，尘封了900多年的虹桥结构重见天日。
　　闽东山城寿宁县溪峡如网、廊桥星罗。寿宁县内完整的贯木拱廊桥有十九座，居全国首位，而且都很古老，这在世界上是极其罕见的。从年代序列上讲最齐，从清乾隆、嘉庆、道光、同治、光绪至中华民国，乃至解放后还在建造，这在全国极为罕见。这些古廊桥别具风姿、异彩纷呈，有的似长虹凌架于碧波之上，有的恰如蛟龙腾飞于青山之间，座座廊桥如瑰宝镶嵌在群山之间，成为寿宁山区一道靓丽的风景线。
　　寿宁廊桥拥有五个全国之最：全国数量最多的县、全国单拱跨最长的下党鸾峰桥、全国最袖珍的犀溪翁坑桥、全国最年轻的杨溪头桥、全国最后一个廊桥主墨师傅郑多金。</FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=1><FONT face=黑体 color=#ff0000 size=3>　　升平桥，位于鳌阳镇东门（日升门）右侧，清乾隆四十三年造，俗称横溪桥。始建于明天顺元年（1457），邑人叶伯铭等建，嘉靖二十四年（1545）毁于火。明隆庆五年（1571）知县梁元杲重建，清乾隆十四年圮于水，乾隆四十三年（1778）再重建。1997年修缮时，拆去桥北端。日升门溪边驳岸，重新用条石砌筑。两端桥堍用块石砌筑。长25.5米，宽5.6米，孔跨23.4米。南北走向，11开间，48柱。桥中心间以斗拱承托八角藻井，上覆双坡顶，中间升出歇山式屋顶，形成重檐。桥正间以斗拱层层了挑承托藻井，雀替有雕刻卷草纹。桥屋面正中间升出歇山式屋顶，形成重檐桥屋。桥中设神龛，祀观音。桥中梁墨书有建桥捐款人等资料。桥中西面原设有栅通道，供牲畜或挑肥料者行走，后拆。1986年公布为寿宁县第一批县级文物保护单位。</FONT></FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=黑体 color=#ff0000>　　仙宫桥，位于鳌阳镇升平桥下约200米，清乾隆四十三年造，也称玉带桥。始建不祥。清乾隆十四年（1749）圮于水，乾隆四十三年重建。1992年修缮。两端桥堍用块石砌筑。长27米，宽5.1米，孔跨24.5米。南北走向，17开间，72柱。桥屋面为双坡顶，桥中心间用如意斗拱叠梁成八角藻井，屋面上中心间及桥两端尽间升出八角攒尖顶。桥中梁上墨书有建桥捐款人等资料，桥中设神龛，祀马仙。1992年公布为寿宁县第二批县级文物保护单位。</FONT></P>

<FONT face=黑体 color=#ff0000 size=3>　　长濑溪桥，位于芹洋乡长濑溪村上游1公里，清道光九年造。两端桥堍用块石砌筑。长39.2米，宽5.2米，孔跨32米。东南西北走向，15开间，64柱。上覆双坡顶。桥中梁上墨书有建桥时间、捐款人等丰富的人文资料。</FONT>

<FONT face=黑体 color=#ff0000 size=4>　　尤溪上桥，位于芹洋乡尤溪村西面200米，清道光十二年造。清光绪十二年（1886）修缮。两端桥堍用块石砌筑。长23.5米，宽4.6米，孔跨16.7米。南北走向，11开间，48柱。上覆双坡顶桥，建桥中梁上墨书捐款人等人文资料。桥中设神龛，祀观音。</FONT>

<FONT face=黑体 color=#ff0000 size=4>　　鸾峰桥，位于下党乡下党村南，清嘉庆五年造，也称下党桥。1964年修缮。北面桥堍建在岩石上，南面桥堍用块石砌筑。长47.6米，宽4.9米，孔跨37.6米，南北走向，17开间，72柱。桥中心间用如意斗拱叠梁成八角藻井，上覆双坡顶。桥中设神龛，祀临水夫人。此桥特点跨度大，桥址绝险。</FONT>
